The range of Lohmeyer heavy duty high production edgebanders have been designed and developed by a team of industry professionals who understand the needs of the modern panel processor.

We all know companies who have been sold toys and gizmos they didn’t want and will never use and who are considerably worse off as a result.

The Lohmeyer machines take a slightly different approach. Each available option has a function and is only included if it has a purpose, resolves a problem or enhances the machines capabilities in a practical or realistic way.

However with machines that are specified to be easy to use, quick to adjust and give a fully finished panel at feeds up to 26m/minute the list of options doesn’t need to be extensive.

The basic specification offered by Ney includes touch screen, 65mm whisper cut pre milling blocks, pre-melt glue delivery system with an interchangeable glue pot and independent saws. Top and bottom trimming stations flat and profile scrapers and corner rounding functions are all prepared for nested panels. All this coupled with anti-adherent and cleaning spray as standard the machines are all but complete.
