Since the appearance of Virutex in the
market in 1962, we are known to produce

solutions. With our robust, safe, reliable
and precise machinery, Virutex meets

There are more than 2.000 dealers of
Virutex in Spain. We also have clear
international vocation, our products can
be found in 60 countries over the five
continents.
We regularly attend the most prestigious
woodworking exhibitions in the world,
which helps us to follow the latests
market tendencies and keep our quality
standards.
Our aim is to keep growing. We have
two manufacturing plants in the area
of Barcelona, one in Rubí and another
in Barcelona city. In Rubí we have our
own aluminium foundry and specific
departments for thermoplastics injection
and metal transformation. The plant in
Barcelona accommodates the offices,
R+D department, assembly lines and the
main warehouse.
Leader in woodworking machinery and tools
In VIRUTEX we manufacture the main part
of the components for our machines. This
internal control of the production process
enables us to initiate our rigorous quality
control in the selection of the basic
components. Technologically advanced
systems and CNC machines are used from
the beginning of the manufacturing
process to obtain components and parts
of the highest precision and quality.
VIRUTEX motors are checked one by one
before assembly of the machines. Also
after the assembling each machine is
individually checked to ensure the perfect
final performance. In addition, random
samples are taken to undergo the more
stringent endurance tests, by being made
to work under more adverse conditions.
